Meet The Team

Brandi M. Elliott

Brandi has 25 years’ experience working with at-risk adolescents and young adults, their families and the programs who serve them.  Working within the therapeutic program arena, Brandi has succeeded in various positions, including Executive Director, Case Manager, Risk Manager, and Director of Admissions and Business Development. As a consultant and coach, Brandi has supported wilderness, young adult, therapeutic boarding and chemical dependency programs, educational consultants and insurance underwriters with risk management, admissions and marketing, training, parent education, program development, regulatory compliance and leadership coaching.   Brandi’s wide experience and powerful insight allow her to address issues from an objective yet understanding perspective.

Brandi’s compassionate yet direct nature and extensive program experience make her a sought-after Therapeutic Consultant and Parent Coach where she works privately with individuals and families in need of supportive coaching, placement consultation, crisis intervention and Case Management.

Brandi has been a sought-after speaker at local, regional and national conferences, developed and facilitated hundreds of personal growth workshops, experiential activities, parent support groups and other dynamic events.

She serves in an advisory capacity for both a non-profit foundation dedicated to serving families in crisis and an award-winning advertising agency. Through her many civic affiliations, Brandi has developed and delivered drop out programs, support groups and served on scholarship boards, accreditation, and marketing committees.

In her free time, Brandi enjoys camping, tennis, and skiing with her husband and young nephews. During her travels, you can usually find her immersed in someone’s biography or memoir, indulging in her philosophy of “everyone has a story to tell.”

Charm Kutch Educational Fund under the umbrella of Mountain Sunrise Rotary was created to support the Students of the Month at Mary Putnam Henck Intermediate School as a way to honor the memory of my mother-in-law who was a lifetime educator.

Bob Kutch

Robert Kutch M.ED has a long and successful teaching career in both public and private educational settings. With a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Geography from Cal State San Bernardino and a teaching credential at The University of Redlands, Bob spent his first year teaching Social Studies. He moved to special education starting in 1994 at a non-public school and never looked back. Robert has spent the last 20 years teaching students with special needs in the areas of Specific Learning Disabilities, Autism, Traumatic Brian Injuries, Emotional Disturbances, Hard of Hearing, Visual Impairments, Other Health Impairments, Attention Issues, Psychiatric and Mental Health Disorders.

Robert has taught and led adolescent and young adult students in outdoor education settings and in traditional classroom settings. He earned his Masters of Arts Degree as an Educational Specialist from Azusa Pacific University. Due to his even temperament, authoritative yet nurturing classroom management style and differentiated instruction, he is often tasked with the toughest and most complicated cases and situations. Students find support and success in Robert’s classroom.

He has served as Master Teacher and Department Chairperson at Rim of the World High School for 14 years. As Department Chairperson, he teaches and trains new teachers and administrators in the IEP and 504 Special Education processes. Robert is a trained Behavioral Intervention Case Manager (BICM), and qualified to perform multiple academic testing assessments and protocols. Robert was also a Volleyball Coach at the Junior Varsity, Varsity and Club levels for many years often reaching regional titles and CIF successes.

Robert brings decades of hands-on experience with students, parents and professionals to help each student find their highest potential.”
